Stop Smoking

There are many reasons to contemplate quitting smoking:
- Smoking is bad for your health
- Reduces life expectancy by an average of seven years
- A one pack a day habit costs approximately $1,700 a year on cigarettes
- Protect your family from second hand smoke
- 50 million Americans have already quit (It is Possible)

All forms of tobacco products are addictive.  Nicotine is the addictive drug found in tobacco products.  Once nicotine enters the lungs, it travels through the blood directly to the brain.  This makes nicotine not only a physical addiction, but also a mental addiction.  It is believed that nicotine can be as addictive as heroin.  Once someone quits smoking there are a variety of withdrawal symptoms that might occur.  These include nervousness, insomnia, irritability, headaches, and trouble concentrating.  These symptoms typically last about one or two weeks, and after a month the urge to smoke should be severely diminished.

At Ecoach360, your coach will help you identify the reasons why you smoke, and try to pinpoint what smoking provides you (relaxation, stress reduction, eases social discomfort).  Together, you will discover the obstacles to becoming smoke-free, and create an action plan for achieving your goal.  This plan will be customized for you, taking into account when you smoke, who you smoke with, how much you smoke, and what you are willing and not willing to do to accomplish your goal.  In addition, we will figure out ways to battle cravings based on your personal interests and tastes.  We will constantly track your progress to ensure that you and your coach are consistently moving forward together.

Whether you are looking for a new approach to quit smoking, or already have one and are in need of some added support, encouragement, and motivation, Ecoach360 can work with you to achieve your ultimate goal of a permanent smoke free lifestyle.
